RISE works to transform responses to intimate partner violence (IPV) across New York City and address its intersection with gun violence by mobilizing the community to develop new strategies, supporting healthy relationship norms, and engaging people who cause harm to take accountability and change their behavior.

RISE is a part of NYC Crisis Management System (CMS) offering support to end IPV related gun violence through community-based prevention and intervention services.
