Laurelton Farmers Market, Zero Waste NYC Workshop, and the Sanitation Foundations are joining forces for their inaugural Zero Waste Summer Swamp on Sunday, July 11th from 11AM to 5PM.

For a small fee of $10, enjoy your Sunday Funday swapping garments to ensure second hand clothes get a second life.

Laurelton Farmers Market, Zero Waste NYC Workshop, and the Sanitation Foundations have come together to host our FIRST EVER Zero Waste Summer Swap!

Our goal is to encourage, destigmatize and normalize secondhand shopping, by curating space at the beautiful Laurelton Farmers Market for New Yorkers to trade in their gently used goods and accessories. Take action in the sustainability movement by ensuring your donated clothing gets a second home and shop for "new" ones!

In addition to the closet swap that will be ongoing throughout the day, we'll be hosting interviews on the main stage from 1-4pm, and will have tables set up from our partners and friends in the sustainability space so you can get more involved with your community. Think mending stations, local sustainable businesses, textile donation partners, and more!

Refreshments and snacks will be available for purchase. Admission $10 (and their willing to work with those who are experiencing financial hardship.)
