The northeast has a unique climate; perfect for making maple syrup. Turning sap into syrup is quite the feat! Investigate the maple syrup process and observe how sap is collected from trees.

Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early.
