Join TBC’s Volunteer Hour for some fun in the sun and learn about native plants at our Bee Sanctuary on the Governors Island Urban Farm.

TBC’s Director of Horticulture will lead the group through a walk and talk to learn about our native plant beds and the pollinators they support. Then, participants will engage in hands-on gardening activities that support our pollinator habitat. Discover the wonders of ground and cavity-nesting, pollen and nectar sources, and the co-evolution of plants and pollinators!
