The tree canopy of City Council District 6 is ranked amongst the city’s highest - making street tree care critical to neighborhood quality of life and growing a thriving urban forest. Act locally by joining fellow volunteers to learn practical stewardship skills from the experts at Trees New York and Big ReUse at Council Member Gale Brewer's new West Side Tree Care Clinics on the third Tuesday of every other month from 5-7 pm.
